MODELING OF AN ULTRASONIC ENGINE WITH TWO DEGREES OF FREEDOM
In the paper is presented the design an ultrasonic engine with two degrees of freedom, a translation and a rotation along with the construction elements belong to type of this kind of motor and the modal analyses ways of vibration inhere in piezoceramics active elements of disk and bar type.
