Motivation model of team performance(团队绩效的激励模型)

组织行为学的理论指出在收益分配时采用贡献率可以提高团队成员的工作积极性.本文采用层次激励的团队模型讨论团队收益的分配问题,提出应当根据团队成员的相对重要性给予相应的激励.
