After completion of adsorption process of Anthocyanin on Amberlite resin, desorption process was performed by acidic methanol which was able to extract about 90 percent of Anthocyanin compounds. Furthermore, Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms were applied for explanation of Anthocyanin adsorption which finally indicated that Langmuir model has a better consistency |
