Notes and Aporias Between Utilitarianism and Egalitarian Liberalism Rawlsian
This paper analyzes the convergences and divergences between the utilitarian conception of justice, based on Bentham and Mill, and the liberal-egalitarian conception of justice in Rawls, and explain some latent concepts in both theories.
