Noradrenergic consolidation of social recognition memory is mediated by β-arrestin–biased signaling in the mouse prefrontal cortex
Social memory consolidation requires norepinephrine release in the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC), and enhancing beta-arrestin signaling in the mPFC restores social recognition memory that is normally impaired by age in mice.
