Summary: | This work which is here presented is a part of the technologic innovation on project called "Enhancement of the processes of production of foods in Base Enterprise Units (UEB in Spanish) of province of Santiago de Cuba". The work was performed in Empresa Agropecuaria y Forestal "Sierra Cristal" Segundo Frente. The aim of this work is to determine the effect that influences negatively of the coffee beans outputs which are affected by the so called Broca plague and cultural attentions. The accomplishment of the objective mentioned above is achieved through the use of echonometric techniques. As a result, the evaluation obtained indicates the importance that the factors studied have on the outputs. It could be shown that in fabrication process there exist margins of the production which in current conditions could ascend to 4 786,21 tons (t), which represents an increment of 25,11 % with respect to the current production.<div id="dc_vk_code" style="display: none;"> </div>
