For species identification of fish and fish products as a&nbsp;potential food allergens are used by many analytical methods as well as their authentication. We are in our work applied the method of SYBR<sup>&reg;</sup> Green I. Real-Time PCR. We focused on pre-designed molecular - genetic marker of common carp (<em style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">Cyprinus carpio</em>), which comes from the mtDNA control D - loop area.
