A new genus and species of the family Trogidae (Coleoptera: Scarabaeoidea) from the Lower Cretaceous of Mongolia
Paratrox medvedevi gen. et sp. n. from the Lower Cretaceous of Mongolia is described. Tribe Avitortorini, Nikolajev, 2007, stat. n. is transfered into subfamily Troginae. A composition of the family Trogidae and rank of some taxae are discussed
