Classification of gapped quantum liquid phases of matter
Quantum phases of matter correspond to patterns many-body entanglement in quantum many-body systems. This article summaries some recent results on classification of gapped quantum liquid phases of matter in low dimensions in terms of unitary braid fusion categories.
