Webtrust: the impact of online response and disclosure of information on consumers' propensity to transact via the net
This study examines the effects of vendors’ informational disclosure and responses to online queries on potential customers' attitudes, risk perception, level of trust and willingness to transact. There are numerous implications from the findings.
