Silicon photonic sensor with intensity interrogation by employing the cascade of ring resonator and Mach-Zehnder Interferometer
A silicon photonic sensor with intensity interrogation by employing the cascade of ring resonator and MZI is proposed a theoretically investigated. Photodetector used instead of spectrometer leads to prospect of low cost sensor system.
