description There is a lack of research on improving employee engagement in a virtual working environment within government-regulated organizations. This study aims to bridge that gap and investigate how employee engagement can be improved in a virtual environment setting. This study could enhance the body of literature on the effects of virtual engagement in the workplace on project execution, as well as proposed methods to improve employee engagement in a virtual environment to achieve project success. The research methodology includes a mixture of qualitative and quantitative methods from surveys and interviews. The information obtained through this research could enhance the body of literature on the effects of virtual engagement in the workplace on project execution, as well as propose different methods to help improve employee engagement in a virtual environment to improve organizational culture and achieve project success.
