Methods of procurement and management of retrofitting projects
In recent years, retrofitting works have been gaining popularity in Singapore as can be seen from the increasing domestic retrofitting expenditure1 (1985 -1992). Retrofitting is becoming important here due to the stock of old buildings reaching their matured age and other economical reasons.
