Integrated MEMS technology in transducer system and RF selective device for wireless communication application
The scope of the present research includes analytical, numerical and experimental investigations related to the movable aspect of the comb drive actuators, micromechanical flexures and resonators, and high frequency micromechanical filters for communication transceivers.
