Modeling and monitoring of ultrasonic welding of thermoplastics
To facilitate more productive monitoring of weld quality and to investigate the mechanism of the ultrasonic welding process, a novel sensorless technique is proposed and developed based on sensing cum actuating (SCA) technology in this research work.
