Clone card losses : whose baby should it be?
This report studies whether the current laws are sufficient to cover losses resulting from cloned card fraud. It also studies the level of awareness of the phenomenon amongst the cardholders and their understanding of the liabilities involved. Suggestions to mitigate such losses are also included.
