A study of consumer perceptions of no-frills Japanese-concept hair salons.
This Applied Research Project (ARP) was carried out to gain a deeper understanding of the hair salon industry and to determine the reasons behind the increasing number of no-frills Japanese-concept hair salons. Our study is focused on QB House.
