Based on the result of research show that different of business strategy want for different combination of on organization structure and organization behavior and firm ability can do combination between business strategy, organization structure, and organization behavior will be excellent performance and firm competitive advantage. The finally, based on the result of research the are some hypotheses that get the mitten on this research.
