Summary: | This research aimed to test relationship betwen kognitif diversity management team as a separation diversity, fanctional background and educational backround as a variety diversity towards performance. Those relationship considering the mediating effect of decision comprehensiveness and social integration. Sample consist of 53 BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) which is small bank in West Sumatera, Indonesia. Result indicate that kognitif diversity has negative effect towards decision comprehensiveness and social integration. While fanctional and educational background has no significant effect towards comprehensiveness and social integration. Otherwise, both decision comprehensiveness and social integration were not mediate relationships betwen team diversity and performance. |
