Summary: | This research aimed to test and investigate the influence of dimensions
human resource management practices and perceived service quality through the
role of trust as a mediator. The research population was employees at the Garuda
Indonesia region of Semarang, Surakarta and D.I.Yogyakarta, and the research
samples were HR employees at the Garuda Indonesia branch Semarang, Surakarta
and D.I.Yogyakarta. A quota purposive sampling was conducted to 85 HR
employees at Garuda Indonesia branch Semarang, Surakarta and D.I.Yogyakarta.
The primary data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires and
respondents� responses measured using Likert Scale. Single regression analysis
were used to analyze data in this research.
This research�s result shows dimensions of human resource management
practises has a significant influence on trust. The dimensions are planning,
staffing, appraising, compensation also training and development.
