Summary: | This study aims to analyze the effect of changes in organizational structure
perception of affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment,
and employee performance, and to analyze whether there are relationships affective
commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment to employee
performance.
The study was conducted at PT. Adira Jakarta by taking a sample of 82
respondent employees. Method for sampling is purposive sampling method. Collection
of data is primary data and secondary data. The data obtained in this study were
analyzed using linear regression with SPSS software version 15.0.
The results of data analysis indicate that there are positive and significant
correlation between changes in organizational structure perception of affective
commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment, and employee
performance. The data results indicate that there are influences and significant positive
relationship between affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative
commitment to employee performance.
