Summary: | This paper will investigate the issue of increasing turnover intention in public accounting
firms that continue to be a problem in accounting field. This problem shows negative impact to
their firms, such as their investment to hire new employees and there is no sense of belonging
from their employees. The main reason which/that encourages their intention to leave their firms
is the willingness to satisfy demands of work and family. This paper examines relationship
between work-family conflict and turnover intention in public accounting firms.
This research will be conducted as quantitative research where survey and observation
method will become tools to measure the primary data collection. From this study, finally this
research has several findings that there are different situations in several demographies. There
