Summary: | Each company would never be far away from kind of rewarding or
compensation activities as one of the important issues in creating employee
motivation, because the employee needs to improve the performance of
transformational leadership and the fulfillment of compensation are needed to support
employee motivation and hopefully will improve employee performance.
Formulation of the problem presented in this study is whether transformational
leadership, motivation, and compensation affect employee performance on Kedai
Digital at Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of
transformational leadership, motivation, and compensation on employee performance
on Kedai Digital at Yogyakarta and as study subjects were 47 Kedai Digital
employees in each Kedai Digital branch at Yogyakarta. Statistic analysis techniques
used are the correlation and the multiple linear regression.
From the research and analysis that has been done, can be conclude that: first,
the results of the multiple regression showed simultaneously transformational
leadership, motivation, and compensation influence employee performance on Kedai
Digital at Yogyakarta. Second, transformational leadership has influence on
employee performance of Kedai Digital at Yogyakarta. This is demonstrated by the t
value of 2.229 with a significance value of 0.031 (p<0.05). Third, employee
motivation has influence on employee performance of Kedai Digital at Yogyakarta.
This is demonstrated by the t value of 2.780 with a significance value of 0.008
(p<0.05). Fourth, compensation has influence on employee performance of Kedai
Digital at Yogyakarta. This is demonstrated by the t value of 2.600 with a
significance value of 0.013 (p<0.05). t value shows how each independent variable
influence the dependent variable.
