intention to use the Speedy internet access service. Samples were taken using a purposive
sampling method. Sample research that used as much as 402 respondents. Statistics methods
using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results of the analysis shows that the perceived
ease of use and perceived usefulness has a positive effect to satisfying the user of the Speedy
internet access service. The user satisfaction contributing positively towards to sustain the
user intensity of Speedy internet access service. So it can be concluded that intensity of
Speedy internet access services user can be affected by perceived ease of use and perceived
usefulness that many and varied, so that user satisfaction is finally obtained. |
