Summary: | Background: Consumer satisfaction is a state of feeling among consumers after comparing
what they received and expect . Consumers will be satisfied if what they bought were a good
quality products and they got good service as expected in post-sales.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the quality of products and
services for consumer satisfaction , in GrahaPermatakota Residence Mataram , West Lombok
, West Nusa Tenggara .
Methods: The research method used was a agree disagree scale through questionnaire with
multiple regression analysis using SPSS. Respondents were 50 residential consumers
GrahaPermatakota.
The results: The result shows the quality of products and services has a positive and
significant impact on customer satisfaction . The effect of product quality on customer
satisfaction by 4,144 and influence of service quality on customer satisfaction by 2,829
(multiple regression coefficient). Product quality is very influential on consumer satisfaction .
Conclusion: The higher excellence of products, the higher customer satisfaction . The higher
excellence of service , higher customer satisfaction.
