description | This study has objective to see the role of organizational justice and
motivation in the relationship between participative budgeting and managerial
performance. Studying the behavior of employees in the organization is important
to foster and maintain employee loyalty to the organization. One of the important
things you can cultivate employee loyalty is justice organization. Organizational
justice is applied in the company to increase the motivation of employees so that
the performance will improve.
By using questionnaires, the subject of this is PT Darma Henwa Tbk. By
using the sampling method on the basis of judgment sampling the total number of
64 respondents, while the data analysis method used is the Pearson correlation
coefficient based on the validity, reliability test by Cronbach alpha coefficients,
and hypothesis testing based on path coefficient using smartPLS software. The
result of this study concluded that organizational justice has a role in the
relationship between participative budgeting and managerial performance, while
the motivation was not shown to have an influence in the relationship between
participative budgeting and managerial performance. |
