| Crynodeb: | Indonesian football is a political relationship that is used to achieve the
power and authority seem to eliminate the original values of the game itself that
ultimately impact on the achievement of Indonesia national football team. The
number of problems that occur in the national football body, the authors finally
get a restlessness and want to try to assess the problem of scientific spectacles.
One of the studies in the field of ethical philosophy that the author feels able to
give a response and a solution of adversity football in Indonesia today, especially
the study of the Behaviorism in Ethics of Burrus Frederich Skinner. The author
considers that behaviorism as one study of ethics is very important to be used as
an investigational study report , because the study of the concept of operant
conditioning Skinner will be able to bring how to change behaviors that have the
effect on the environment in terms of the national football condition as material
objects to be observed by authors.
This study is a library by using the method of data collection through
various written sources such as books, journals, and literature pertaining to
football and thought of Burrus Frederich Skinner as a material object and formal
object. Thinking of Behaviorism in Ethics Burrus Frederich Skinner on operant
behavior will help search for solving problems that occur in football in Indonesia.
State agencies such as the ethical, legal, intellectual, and education run through an
operant behavior of any classification problems found in football in Indonesia.
Classification is done by the agency in order to strengthen the ethical aims were
easily able to run. Something that is expected to be positively reinforced and are
not expected to be negatively reinforced so that the future is able to get the desired
results.
Operant behavior is a method used in the Behaviorism in Ethics of Burrus
Frederich Skinner. The results obtained in the analysis contained in Skinner
thought in addressing the problem of football in Indonesia is a change in the
behavior of members of the Indonesian football organization, players, coaches,
and football culture in Indonesia that aims to be able to perform at the
international level. Perlilaku changes in the form of discipline, honesty, games,
and better organization of the system in the future.
