Summary: | This research is a research based on customers� perception to employee
performance and product performance to customers�loyality in Corprate Banking
Group PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. Research focused on relationship between employee
performance and product performance to customers� loyality. This research use MEAN
from dimensions of employee performance, product performance and customers�
loyality which is related with manufacturing sector industry and non manufacturing
sector industry.
Result showed that employee performance and product performance has
positive with customers� loyality in Corporate Banking Group PT. Bank CIMB Niaga
Tbk. This research found that effect of all dimension of employee performance and
product performance is directly effect to customers� loyality. |
