and outside factor which give effect on the company. Strategy formulation used
SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis is use to know the strenght, weaknesses,
threat and opportunity, and competitive advantage analysis.
By the internal and external company analysis, we can determine the
competitive strategy from PT BNI. Base on SWOT analysis has showun that PT
BNI has good strategy. This opportunity must be respond with intensively growth
come through the market developmen strategy and also to manager the programs
selectively with combining the variables such as product and promotion.
