Summary:This study aims to evaluate the achievement of GarudaFood�s strategic objectives listed on strategy map which views the four Balanced Scorecard perspectives. After that, this research analyzes the factors that encourage and impede the achievement of each strategic goal. The study also formulate solutions that can be done by GarudaFood to improve their performance. Step in evaluating the achievement of strategic objectives from four perspectives GarudaFood using the Balanced Scorecard starts with understanding the meaning of each strategic goal. After that the data sought the achievement of each strategic objective according to the measurement and a preset target. From the strategic target-target key strategic factors driving traced the achievement of strategic targets and for target-strategic objectives that have not reached the target traced the inhibiting factors. After that formulated and proposed solutions that can be done by GarudaFood to fix existing deficiencies. From this study it is concluded that the implementation of the strategy is not optimal GarudaFood based on results achieved. The driving factors behind the achievement of strategic objectives, among others, partly because the existing production capacity at the plant is adequate. While the inhibiting factors of not achieving the target of some strategic objectives is the increase in raw material prices, GarudaFood can not meet the regulatory requirements of countries of destination and not consistent product quality
