Sumario: | Background. Efforts to improve quality and efficiency of education keeps
pace with the times. To meet these needs required human resources
quality, professional, and a high competitive ability. This requires efforts to
increase the quality of human resources, its main efforts on the aspects of
capability renewal. Evaluation is needed carried out essentially to
determine the level of success of a program. It is very important to
evaluate the implementation of competency-based curriculum at the micro
level, because it relates to the ability of educators in developing learning
plans, so that competence can be achieved in accordance with the
purpose of education.
Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine how the
implementation of competency-based curriculum (CBC) at the micro level
in Nursing Study Program of Polytechnic of Ministry of Health of Palu.
Research Methods. The method in this study using formative methods
CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) with a mixed approach, which
combines the quantitative and qualitative approaches. Subjects in this
research are chairman of the Nursing Department, also lecturers, and
students at Nursing Department.
Results. The analysis shows that : (1) The vision and mission are less
effective again with floating CBC
