Summary: | The purpose of this study is to see the influence of quality of work life of employees and the group cohesiveness of organizational citizenship behavior. Subject in this study are 100 employees of Perum Bulog Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this research that is proportional sample.
Regarding to t-test, we can find that variable of quality of life has the positive coefficient 0.346 and significance value 0.01 < 0.05. Group cohesiveness has positive coefficient 1.406 and significance value 0.01 < 0.05. Regarding to F-test, we get the value of F 0.01 of F < 0.05, which is mean employee quality of life and group cohesiveness are together significantly influencing organizational citizenship behaviour. The MRA test showing that group cohesiveness is not moderating variable between work quality of life and organizational citizenship behaviour.
Conclusion obtained from this study is the variable quality of work life affect on employee oraganizational citizenship behaviour. Variable group cohesiveness affects organizational citizenship behaviour. Variable group cohesiveness does not moderate the impact on employee quality of work life of organizatinal citizenship behaviour. |
