Detecting mixtures of different tuberculosis lineages using Illumina sequencing
The data uploaded includes i) A test .vcf.gz data file for use with software found at https://gitlab.com/davidhwyllie/VCFMIX ii) a list of samples studied, with metadata (excel) iii) a zip file containing sequencing depths and mixture estimates for the 4156 samples studied.
