First observation of the decay $B_s^0 \rightarrow φ\bar{K}^{*0}$

The first observation of the decay $B_s^0 \rightarrow \phi \bar{K}^{*0}$ is reported. The analysis is based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb$^{-1}$ of $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 7 TeV$, collected with the LHCb detector.
