Processing APT Spectral Backgrounds for Improved Quantification: data and source code
This dataset was acquired on LEAP 3000 systems to generate noise baseline comparisons. RHIT data is opened using IVAS 3.6, and then converted to .pos format. The matching code upload provides the source code to process the data.
