Dataset for 'Temporal and genetic variation in female aggression after mating’
Data were collected from recorded fly fights and manually scored using either JWatcher or BORIS software. Automated tracking and classification was done using the Caltech Fly tracker and JAABA software. Data was compiled in Excel and analysed using R.
