SCALING AND EIGENFUNCTION CORRELATIONS NEAR A MOBILITY EDGE
The scaling form of the frequency- and wavevector-dependent diffusion constant is discussed near a mobility edge. The consequences are stressed of fractal eigenfunction fluctuations for behaviour in the low frequency, large wavevector regime. © 1990.
