总结:Cicatricial pemphigoid is a rare subepidermal blistering disease, mainly of elderly women, that primarily involves mucous membranes. Oral, ocular or genital mucous membranes are most frequently involved and skin involvement is less frequent. We report a case of cicatricial pemphigoid with extensive cutaneous involvement, including unusual bilateral palmar involvement. Clinical improvement has been achieved with a combination of topical steroids, oral nicotinamide and tetracycline.
