Dataset to "Molecular archaeoparasitology identifies cultural changes in the Medieval Hanseatic trading centre of Lübeck"
The dataset is a descriptive collection of parasite information (parasite incidence) and frequency of environmental DNA from two archaeological sites. These are raw data sets which do not require any specialist software to read and are part of a publication which is currently under review.
