Kesan pengolahan haba-lembapan terhadap sifat-sifat fizikokimia kanji sagu telah dilakukan pada kandungan lembapan 13%, 18% dan 30%. Sago starch was subjected to heat-moisture treatment at 13%, 18% and 30% moisture content.
